Ravine WoodLIFE Conservation Toolbox
The Conservation Toolbox is a database of technical information about the management and conservation of ravine woodlands. This section of the website is aimed at the owners and managers of ravine woodlands and conservation professionals working in forestry and woodland management.
The database is drawn from technical information provided by the Ravine WoodLIFE Project Partners and specialist consultants’ reports commissioned by the Project. Also included are copies of publications produced by other organisations and projects which we have found useful and also some background information on the Natura 2000 Europe wide network of protected areas.
The Conservation Toolbox aims to draw together ‘best practice’ for the long-term conservation of ravine woodlands.
